Baptisms Service
We will be baptising people as part of our Morning Service on Sunday 26th February.
If you would like to be baptised, please either speak to your Small Group leader or phone the church office.
Details for visitors:
We are a Christian Church who meet every Sunday, 10:30am at the King Power Stadium (formerly the Walkers Stadium) in Leicester, Filbert Way, LE2 7FL.
You will find us on the 1st floor in the Keith Weller Room.
You are very welcome and if you are exploring the Christian faith then you are also very welcome to any of our services.
Before the service
Piping hot filter coffee and fresh donuts are served from 10.15am, children can be signed into our kids activities from 10.20am. Whilst Youth leave the service after the Worship time.
The service
Our morning service starts at 10.30am and is very informal, lasting for just over an hour.
We start with a time of worship, which lasts for about 30 minutes. Then someone will do a bible-related talk, followed by an opportunity to receive prayer. Mid-way through we take a short break, after which baskets of chocolate are passed round.
Due to this Sunday being a baptism service, there will be a short talk, then those being baptised will share part of their story and why they're getting baptised. Then we will baptise those people.
Babies, Children and Teenagers
If you have children or teenagers, you are very welcome to bring them along. We have different groups for babies through to teenagers, which run alongside the main service, click here for details.
After the service
We continue to serve tea, coffee and donuts after the service. You would be very welcome to linger, grab a drink and chat to some of the people in the church. For information about the church visit the Information Point, where there are booklets and CDs for you to take away.
